- Quote requests: your name, phone number, and email address; your vehicle's year, make, model, and VIN; the parts or service you are interested in; and any photos you upload.
- Customers: we keep records of your vehicle and the work we do, and we may send you a private link to view your invoice.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare quotes, schedule and complete work, and send invoices. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it goes
When you submit a form, the website stores your submission, including any photos, on its server, and it may also email a notification to the shop. Only shop staff and the company that maintains this website can see submissions. We keep them only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages people view, roughly where they are, what device and browser they use, and how they found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this and does not receive anything you type into our forms. We do not use advertising features. The site also keeps a simple daily count of page views that does not identify you.
